Well known as the world’s premier tourist destination, Metro Orlando
is also a leading destination for film, television and commercial production.
State-of-the-art soundstages and unique locations have made the region one
of the busiest production centers in the United States. Complementing this
high-profile industry is a significant, emerging digital media sector that
serves to broaden the base of the community’s creative development offerings.
As a business location, the Metro
Orlando area is scintillating in its diversity. We’re home to a whole spectrum of industries: hardware, software, simulation & training,
digital media, photonics, advanced manufacturing, biotech, agritech, film and
television production, aviation and aerospace, distribution ... and lots more.
Our locales are just as varied. From a bustling urban center to undeveloped
rural acreage – and everything in between – we can satisfy virtually
any corporate requirements. Bottom line: When it comes to business options – and
opportunities – Metro Orlando is red hot
The Metro Orlando region covers Orange, Seminole, Lake and Osceola counties
and the City of Orlando, extending over 4,012 square miles. Rolling hills,
wild swamps and jungles, unspoiled pastures and great bodies of water paint
a diverse landscape that can fit almost every location need. The Gulf of Mexico
to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east are approximately a one-hour
drive away. There are urban pockets, quiet suburbs, and winding roads leading
to rustic, small towns. In the midst of it all, palatial estates, ranging from
Georgian to Mediterranean, outline well-manicured golf courses and more great
bodies of water.
